Are Kemps ice creams and frozen yogurts vegetarian friendly? - kemps yogurt

I'm only 16 and I can my own food, the veggies can be bought. My parents are at providing food for breakfast, lunch and dinner, good to know but as a snack in the middle, which is difficult to determine whether a food is safe vegetarians. I had no ice in a long time for this reason.
If possible, could someone a list of foods containing mono-and diglycerides get that vegetarian is easy, really appreciate it.
